A Million Love Notes (https://www.amillionlovenotes.com) is built without accounts. This policy explains what we collect, what is public, and how payment is handled.

What we collect

Note content you choose to publish. To, from, message (up to 240 characters), color or gold, and grid coordinates. This is the product. It is stored and shown on the public wall, on the note’s share page, and in link-preview images.

Payment information. Cards are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, the amount, and a Stripe payment or session id so we can place the note and handle refunds. We do not store full card numbers, CVC, or expiry. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the data they process: https://stripe.com/privacy

Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the wall online. We do not use them to build a marketing profile of you.

Email you send us. If you write to looksfinethx@gmail.com, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

We do not require an account, password, or email address to buy a note.

What is public

Your note is public on purpose. Anyone can wander the wall or open its share link. Do not publish secrets, precise locations, phone numbers, or a child’s personal information.

What we do not do

• No accounts, no passwords, no social logins
• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use note content to train public AI models
• Advertising pixels are not the business model of the wall

How long we keep it

Placed notes stay on the wall, including after the wall seals at one million notes. That is the product. We may still remove a note that is unlawful or that violates our terms.

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Payment records are kept as required for tax, accounting, chargebacks, and refunds.

Your choices

Because notes are permanent and public, you cannot edit or delete a valid note after placement. If a note was placed in error, was charged but not placed, or violates our content rules, email looksfinethx@gmail.com. Policy-breaking notes are removed and refunded.

You may email us to ask what records we have of a purchase besides the public note. Include the share URL or grid coordinates if you have them.

Children

The wall is not directed at children under 13. Do not place a note that includes a child’s personal information. You must be 18 or older to purchase a note.

International visitors

The site is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand your note and related technical data are processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
